Our powerful AI assistant, Scout, helps Admin users instantly access insights, spot issues, and make informed decisions — all through a simple, conversational interface.

Whether you're managing field equipment, coordinating logistics, monitoring fleets, or overseeing asset health, Scout transforms your operational data into real-time, actionable answers.

🔍 What Can Scout Do?

Scout helps streamline your workflows by allowing you to ask natural-language questions like:

  • “Which trackers haven’t moved in the last 7 days?”

  • “Show me devices with low battery in California.”

  • “How many shipments arrived late this month?”

  • “Do I have any inactive trackers right now?”

It pulls from your live tracking data, historical activity, and key metrics to give you instant visibility — no digging or reporting required.

🌟 Key Benefits

  • Conversational Interface
Ask questions in plain English and get clear, actionable responses — no training needed.

  • Unified Visibility
Scout brings together asset, location, environmental, and usage data across your account.

  • Proactive Insights
Quickly spot patterns, identify risks, and surface anomalies that might otherwise go unnoticed.

  • Faster Decision-Making
Get the answers you need without waiting for reports or manual data exports.

  • Available to All Admin Users
Scout is built right into the GPX platform and available to all Admin-level users by default.

💬 Best Practices for Asking Scout

  • Keep your questions clear and specific (e.g., “Trackers with no GPS signal this week”).

  • Include timeframes or filters when needed (“...in Texas” or “...last 30 days”).

  • Use Scout to explore historical performance and detect inconsistencies.

  • If you’re not getting the answer you expect, try rephrasing — Scout improves the more you use it!
