FAQ guide for business customers about the transition from the Logistimatics to the new GPX Intelligence application.

Dear Valued Customer,

We are excited to announce that starting July 3, 2023, we will be transitioning your account from the legacy Logistimatics application to the new GPX Intelligence application. This change is part of our commitment to offer you the latest and most efficient tools to manage your business. This FAQ aims to answer any questions you may have about this transition.


Will I need to do anything for this switch?

No action is required on your end. Our dedicated team will handle the transition process. The next time you log in to the existing Logistimatics platform, you will be automatically switched over to the new GPX Intelligence application. This change will be seamless - just log in, and the transition will be completed.

Will it cost me any more money?

Absolutely not. This transition will not incur any additional costs on your current contract. The rate you're paying now will remain the same with this new application. We are making this transition to ensure that you're benefiting from our latest platform, which offers faster performance and enhanced features​.

Will I lose any functionality?

No functionality or data within the current platform will be lost in the switch. On the contrary, you will gain access to more features, faster speeds, and our new white glove service. You'll still be able to manage your devices with the existing mobile application and within the web browser.

Do I need to create a new login/password?

No, you won't need to create a new login or password. The new application will be running on a new server and a new URL (app.gpx.co). When you log in for the first time after the switch, you'll notice the new URL. Please make sure to bookmark this new URL as your new portal to the GPX application. All your other credentials and personal settings will remain the same.

Will the transition affect the security of my data?

No, the security of your data is our highest priority. The GPX Intelligence application is designed with robust security measures in place to ensure that your data remains secure. You can rest easy knowing that GPX is monitoring your assets on behalf of your business​​.

What if I need help navigating the new GPX Intelligence application?

Our customer support team is ready and available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have while navigating the new GPX Intelligence application. Our white-glove service ensures that we are more than a support team; we are your partner, committed to your success​.
