Before starting, gather the following tools:
Phillips screwdrivers (#2 and either #0 or #00)
Flat prying tool
Pointed tool (such as a small sharp screwdriver)

🔄 Step-by-Step Battery Replacement Instructions
1. Remove Screw Caps and Screws
Use a pointed tool to press down and out on the small divots next to each of the four screw caps on the back of the tracker.
Once removed, unscrew all four screws using a Phillips #2 screwdriver or drill bit.
2. Open the Device
Insert a flat prying tool into the tab at the bottom-right corner of the back shell.
Carefully pry open and separate the upper and lower shells to expose the internal board.
3. Power Off and Remove the PCB
Move the power switch to the OFF position.
Use a Phillips #0 or #00 screwdriver to remove the four small screws holding the PCB (Printed Circuit Board).
Gently lift the board and battery together from the lower shell.
4. Replace the Battery and Reassemble
Unplug the old battery and plug in the new one.
Reinsert the board into the lower shell and secure it with the four screws.
⚠️ Make sure the battery wires are not pinched.Switch the power back to ON.
Press and hold the small button next to the switch until the blue LED lights up, then release.
5. Close and Seal the Device
Align and snap the shells back together—be careful not to toggle the switch off.
Reinstall the screws and screw caps.

🔦 Check LED Status
A slow-blinking green LED means the device is functioning correctly.
If no lights are visible, reopen the device and confirm that the power switch is ON and the battery is connected.
🔋 Reset Battery Percentage
Log into your tracking platform.
Send the command: “Reset Battery Indicator to 100%.”
Allow up to 24 hours for the update to reflect.
Keep the tracker powered on and in an area with strong signal.
