Firstly, welcome to the GPX community! We're thrilled to have you on board. Your Account Executive has already set up your account, paving the way for you to start tracking your valuable assets, streamlining your supply chain, and gaining powerful insights. This article is your quick guide to accessing the platform for the very first time and logging in seamlessly. Let's get you connected!


Ready to Log In? Here's How

  1. Find Your Welcome Email. Look for an invitation email from GPX Intelligence in your inbox.

  2. Activate Your Account. Click the secure link within that welcome email. This link is your key to setting up access.

  3. Set Up Your Password. You'll be taken to a page to create your password. Enter a strong password, confirm it, and then click 'Set Password'.

  4. Log In to Your Account. If you were not redirected to the platform after setting up your password, you may go to app.gpx.co. Enter your email address and password to log in and see your trackers.


FAQs or Troubleshooting

Q: “I didn’t receive my welcome email!”

A: No worries! First, double-check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, automated emails can end up there. If it’s still missing the next day, please reach out to your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager directly. You can also contact the team through the website messenger by visiting gpx.co, and we’ll be happy to resend the invitation for you.

Q: “I forgot my password after setting it up. What do I do?”

A: It happens to the best of us! On the login page, simply click the “Forgot Password?” link. You’ll then be prompted to enter your email address, and we’ll send the instructions to reset your password.
