Alerts can be sent via email or SMS to inform you of the most critical things happening with your tracker. Alerts are specific to each user account.
Alert types:
Tracker enters/exits a geofence.
Tracker has a low battery.
Tracker sends tamper, temperature, movement, etc. alerts (supported alerts depend on hardware)
Shipment begins/ends/is late.
Turning alerts on and off step by step:
Step 1:
Click on the alerts tab at the top of the screen.
Step 2:
Select the alerts you wish to receive.
Step 3:
Click "Update notifications."
