How to Save and Download Location Reports

Efficiently manage your GPS tracking data by generating and saving detailed reports within the web app. This process ensures that all relevant tracking information is easily accessible and securely stored in PDF format for future reference.


Step-by-Step Guide to Save and Download Reports:

Step 1: Log In to the Web App:

  • Go to app.GPX.co

  • Enter your login credentials to access your account

Step 2: Access the Reports

  • Once logged in, navigate to the main menu on the dashboard.

  • Click on Reports

Step 3: Create a New Report

  • In the Reports section, select the specific tracker you want to generate a report for.

  • Set the date range for the period you wish to review hit Select.

  • Click Save Report to generate and save the report within the app.

Step 4: View or Download Your Report

  • After saving the report, click on the tracker’s name listed in your reports to view the details.

  • To download the report, click the Download button located at the top of the map display

  • A prompt will appear; click Got it to confirm your download request.

Note: To share the report publicly, toggle on the Public switch and copy the Public Link to share it.

Step 5: Receive Your Report via Email

  • The system will send an email to your registered email address containing a download link.

  • Open the email, click Download Your File to download the report in PDF file format. It contains the time, address, location, speed and stops.


Tip:

Save time by setting up your GPS tracking report with the correct date range and tracker selection. Once you generate and save the report, you can easily download it directly or wait for the emailed link, ensuring you always have quick access to your tracking data
