Learning how to navigate and view trackers in your account on the map is an essential part of tracking your assets and understanding critical information about their location.

In this article, we'll go over the core components of our map and how to adjust filters and map layers to more easily narrow down the information that is most valuable to you.

How to use the map step-by-step:

Map Filters:

Map filters allow you to hide trackers on the map based on their last report or their current battery life. This allows you to quickly identify trackers that might need to be charged or moved to a location where they can get a signal to report.

Map Layers:

The map has multiple layer options allowing you to easily view map vs. satellite mode, see your geofences, show you cell fixes of the trackers, and much more. These layers are accessed by clicking the layer stack button in the top right corner of the map.

Map Refresh:

Data from your trackers are constantly updated on our platform. To see the most up-to-date tracking data for your population of trackers, you have the option to have "Auto Refresh" selected, or you can "Manually Refresh."
