If your AssetTrack Mini is experiencing connectivity issues or not reporting properly, performing a power cycle can often resolve the problem. This process helps clear temporary glitches and reinitialize network connections. If issues persist after the reset, ensure the device is installed in a location with good signal visibility and check for physical damage.

🔧 Power Cycle Instructions

  1. Remove the 4 screws from the back of the device.

  2. Detach the front plate to access the internal components.

  3. Locate the power switch next to the SIM tray and slide it to the OFF position.

  4. Wait 10 seconds.

  5. Slide the switch back to the ON position.

  6. Reattach the front plate and tighten all 4 screws securely.

💡 Troubleshooting Tip

Still having connection issues? Make sure the device is placed in an open area with a clear line of sight to the sky. Avoid mounting in enclosed or metal-heavy areas that could block GPS or cellular signals.
