How to Power Cycle Your AssetTrack Voyager

A quick power cycle could help resolve the issue if you're experiencing problems with your AssetTrack Voyager tracker.

If your AssetTrack Voyager tracker is experiencing connectivity problems or not reporting properly, performing a power cycle is a simple and effective first step. It helps reset the device, clear temporary glitches, and restore communication. If issues persist after the reset, verify the device’s placement and check for any visible damage.


🔧 Power Cycle Instructions

  1. Press and hold the power button (located next to the charging port) until the lights flash and turn off.

  2. Wait approximately 1 minute.

  3. Press and hold the power button again until the lights turn back on.


💡 Troubleshooting Tip

Still experiencing issues after the power cycle? Ensure the AssetTrack Voyager is placed in an open area with a clear, unobstructed view of the sky. Avoid mounting it in enclosed or metal-heavy areas, which may interfere with GPS and cellular signals.
