If your MicroTrack isn’t reporting properly or is experiencing connectivity issues, a power cycle is a good first step. This simple reset can help clear up temporary glitches, interference, or signal disruptions. If the issue continues, ensure the device has a clear view of the sky and check for any physical damage.

🔧 Power Cycle Instructions

  1. Press the SOS button twice.

  2. Then, press and hold the SOS button until the battery LEDs begin flashing.

  3. Wait until the LEDs stop flashing—this means the device is now off.

  4. Pause for about 10 seconds.

  5. Press and hold the SOS button again until the LEDs turn on, indicating the device has powered back on.

💡 Troubleshooting Tip

Still having issues after a reset? Try relocating your MicroTrack to an open area with a clear line of sight to the sky. Avoid placing it inside metal containers or enclosed compartments.
